TAX COLLECTOR’S LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to the Taxpayers of the Hidden Lake Association. A
Tax levy of 3.4 mils on the dollar was laid on the October 1, 2023 Grand List
for Real Estate Taxes. Taxes become due and payable on July 1, 2024.

If payment is not received/postmarked by August 1, 2024, these taxes are
considered delinquent and are subject to an interest rate of 18% per annum or
1.5% per month or any fraction of a month from the due date of July 1, 2024.

A minimum interest charge of $2.00 will apply to all delinquent taxes. The tax
becomes delinquent and interest will be charged as of August 2, 2024.
Payments will be received by US Mail or online.
